Where are you based?

We are based in the UK.  However, we are able to take orders from anywhere in the world and ship worldwide.

Is there a minimum quantity you have to order?

Yes.  Our minimum order is 50 for all stationery, favour boxes, chocolates.

How much notice do you require for orders?

Please give us 3-4 weeks in general to complete your order.  However if you have a rush order, then please contact us so we can discuss whether order can be taken on or not.

Can I request a change of colour?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately there will be times when it may not be possible.  All we say is we will do our best!

Do you offer bespoke designs service?

Yes we do.  The designs you see is our permanent stock.  If you have a particular idea that you would like to be turned into a reality then we will work with you to create your own unique look.

How do I place my order?

Because of the highly customised work we offer, we do not use the shopping cart system.  Once you have contacted us with your requirements, we will quote you the price.  We will send you an invoice for the order.

How do I make my payment?

We accept payment via PayPal. We will be adding more payment options very soon.

How much will shipping cost?

This is dependent on the size of the order and the destination.  You will be advised of the postage cost at the time of ordering.

Do you take orders from abroad?

Yes.  We welcome orders from abroad.  Please give us as much time as possible to complete you order.

Can you use foreign language text in front of card and print bilingual insert?

We are happy to print foreign language text in front of card and print bilingual inserts as long as the wording is emailed across to us.

Can I order extra wedding stationery once my order has been dispatched?

Yes, extra stationery will be sent after payment received.

Can you help me with my wordings for insert?

Yes.  We work with you closely to get everything as stress free as possible.  We can send you different styles of wording and the also end you a list of the most popular fonts used.

What is your refund policy?

Because of the personalized nature of our handcrafted items we regret we cannot offer refunds.
